XBMC “Final” build worthwhile.
If your still using your XBOX1 everyday with XBMC you should grab the latest and apparently last build of the Atlantis edition and install it – heaps better than earlier versions.

Found this tool on the Google’s last night, goes through an entire drive/directory whatever and Par Checks and extracts anything it finds.
Seemed to work pretty well for me in a few attempts.
